ABOUT S3

S3 has created by Guru Gohar gul. Guru Gohar gul is the
Black belt in Muay Thai, Ninja, kyokushin & Taekwondo. He is also an International fighter.
Guru Gohar gul Created S3 on the shoulders of Muay Thai, Ninja,
kyokushin, Jiu-jitsu  & Taekwondo  consciously borrowing the best aspects of these 
Styles and adding innovations of their own to facilitate S3 Creation. Because S3 is
specifically Created for Every One (Ring Fighter, Street fighter, Kick Boxer, Steel body
and Also losing weight). This style focuses on Creating Supreme fighters with this powerful Style.

1- Weight lose, fitness
Weight loss, in the context of
physical fitness, is a reduction of
the total
body mass, due to a
mean loss of fluid, body fat or
adipose tissue
and/or lean mass,

2- Body building
Bodybuilding is a form of body modification involving
intensive
muscle hypertrophy; an individual who engages
 in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder. In competitive
 bodybuilding, bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel
 of
judges, who assign points based on their appearance.


     
3-  Muay thai
Muai Thai  is a hard martial art
from
Thailand. It is similar to other Indochinese styles of kickboxing, namely
pradal serey from
Cambodia,
tomoi from Malaysia, lethwei from Myanmar and
Muay
Lao from Laos.


4- Self defence
Self-defence (or self-defense; see spelling differences) is a countermeasure that
involves defending oneself, one's
property or the well-being of another from physical harm.
 The use of the
right of self-defense as a legal justification for the use of force in times
of danger is available in many
jurisdictions, but the interpretation varies widely.


5-  Taekwondo
Taekwondo is the world's most popular martial art in terms of the number of practitioners.
 Its popularity has resulted in the varied development of the martial art into several domains:
as with many other arts, it combines
combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation
and
philosophy. Taekwondo is also used by the South Korean military as part of its training


6- MMA 
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of
fighting techniques,
from a mixture of
martial arts
traditions and non-traditions, to be
used in competitions.



7- karate.
Karate (空手?) (Japanese pronunciation: is a martial art developed in the Ryukyu Islands
(
Okinawa) from indigenous fighting methods called te
( literally: "hand"?)
and
Chinese kenpō.[1][2] Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes, and
open-handed techniques such as knife-hands (
karate chop). Grappling, locks, restraints, throws,
and
vital point strikes are taught in some styles.[3] A karate practitioner is called a karateka
